CONDITIONS OF SALE.

First.—The highest bidder to be the buyer; and if any dispute arise between two or more bidders, the lot so in dispute shall be immediately put up again and resold, provided the auctioneer cannot decide the said dispute.

SECOND.—No person to advance less than ls.; above five pounds 5s.; and so on in proportion.
